Working Through a Pandemic - What We Learned for Next Time
Summary
Encapsys is an innovation company that makes an essential product for laundry detergent that was critical to keeping people around the world healthy during COVID. Leadership was challenged to find the balance between keeping employees healthy while keeping production and innovation on task.
From creating a taskforce, through managing office/lab hours and remote employees, to what the future looks like, Mary and Myriah will walk attendees through what went well, what changes needed to be addressed and what they learned for next time (including maintaining and building the culture they strived so hard to achieve). This session will allow attendees to learn from their challenges and successes, while keeping innovation a top priority and navigating through the pandemic.
