Wilson Jones will highlight how Oshkosh Corporation is implementing a "People First" culture through engaging, developing and connecting team members. He will discuss why this is important to Oshkosh Corporation, the role leadership plays in enabling this culture, and the impact this journey has made on their team members and company performance.

Biography
Wilson R. Jones is the president and chief executive officer (CEO) of Oshkosh Corporation, a position he was appointed to in January 2016. Most recently, Mr. Jones served as president and chief operating officer (COO) for the Company. 

Mr. Jones joined the Company in 2005 as the vice president and general manager of the Airport Products Business Unit. He was appointed to executive vice president and president of the Oshkosh Fire & Emergency segment in February 2008. In 2010, Mr. Jones took leadership of the Company’s Access Equipment segment where he helped accelerate global expansion and new product development. In August 2012, Mr. Jones was appointed to president and chief operating officer. 

Mr. Jones has been in specialty vehicle manufacturing for more than 25 years. He serves on the Board of Directors for Thor Industries, Inc., one of the world’s largest manufacturers of recreational vehicles and has served on the Board of Directors for the Fire Apparatus Manufacturers’ Association and the American Ambulance Association. Mr. Jones holds a bachelor’s of business administration degree from the University of North Texas.

Matthew Wirth
Matt Wirth is a Senior Consulting Manager for CDH, a national accounting and consulting firm.  He has been consulting with privately held companies for over twenty years.  CDH provides a service called Executive Focus.  This service offers a process, tools and support to helps management teams improve their performance.  They design custom graphics packages which identify trends, relationships and performance drivers.  The net effect is a system that fosters continuous improvement and enhances the bottom line.

The laws governing the employment relationship are constantly evolving. In this session, Annie will provide a summary of significant labor and employment law developments from 2018, and insights on what to expect in the coming year. Topics include wage and hour policies, sexual harassment, and managing employee medical issues, among others.

Biography
Annie Eiden is a shareholder in the Green Bay office and is a member of both the Labor & Employment and Litigation Practice Groups.

Her practice focuses on employment litigation and she regularly represents employers in disputes before federal and state courts and administrative agencies. She also counsels employers with respect to discipline and termination decisions, reductions in force, employment policies, employment and separation agreements and wage and hour issues.

Annie earned her law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School in Minneapolis, Minnesota. While in law school, Annie was a member of the Wagner Labor and Employment Law Moot Court national competition team and worked as a student attorney in the University of Minnesota Workers' Rights Clinic. Annie received her Bachelor of Arts degree, with highest distinction, from the University of Wisconsin.

Greg Linnemanstons is the president and a principal of Weidert Group, a nationally recognized inbound marketing firm and Platinum HubSpot partner. Greg is a HubSpot Partner-certified inbound marketing consultant; his experience also includes 18 years in corporate marketing and brand management for companies like HJ Heinz and Pillsbury. Greg holds a Masters of Management degree in Marketing and Finance from JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics from Lawrence University.

Biography
Mary joined the 4imprint team over 23 years ago in the Finance area and is currently the SVP of Administration. After college graduation, she worked for Aramark in their Uniform divisions in Madison, WI, South Holland, IL and Appleton, WI. Previous work experience in factories, waitressing and babysitting helped pay for college resulting in a Bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minor in Psychology from UW-Whitewater and an MBA from Indiana University-Northwest.

Biography

Margie Harvey, SPHR, is Vice President of Human Resources at TIDI Products in Neenah WI. She has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources with companies including Silver Star Brands (aka Miles Kimball Company), Wisconsin Tissue, Biotech Company Genencor International, Ralston Purina, and The Dial Corporation. Her experience includes working in both union and non-union settings, where she started her career as an HR Assistant and then a supervisor in a large unionized food manufacturer. 

She received her BA in Business and Economics from Iowa Wesleyan College, her MBA from Western Illinois University, and is lifetime SPHR certified. She is passionate about the importance of lifelong learning (for both employers and employees), and building an empowered culture of employee training and development has been a key responsibility of her positions throughout her career.

Biography
Kimberly Herlitzka, Principal with Baker Tilly Search & Staffing, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP, joined the firm in 1996. She focuses on helping clients find and evaluate accounting talent and has extensive experience recruiting accounting and finance professionals at all levels - from CFO to clerical level accountants. Kim oversees a team of direct hire recruiters and temporary staffing professionals.
