Biography
John McHugh is the Director of Corporate Communications, Leadership Development, and Training for Kwik Trip, Inc., based in La Crosse, Wisconsin. In his role at Kwik Trip he has helped the company achieve recognition as a Top Workplace as listed by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, the Minneapolis Star Tribune and the Des Moines Register.
Prior to joining Kwik Trip in 2004, John was an instructor and principal at Aquinas High School in La Crosse. He holds degrees from the University of Saint Thomas in Saint Paul, Minnesota and the Gregorian University in Rome, Italy. John sits on the Boards of the Friends of Wisconsin Public Television, Trust Point, National Mutual Benefit Society, Viterbo University and the Mayo Clinic Health System in La Crosse.
He and his wife Maggie enjoy living at their log home near Sparta, Wisconsin.

Biography
Lisa has nearly 20 years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a variety of industries, including manufacturing. She advises senior leaders on strategy and aligns their vision, mission and goals to effectively execute plans that drive organizational success. Through her training and coaching, she enables people to adopt the skills and behaviors needed to manage change. Her focus on implementing continuous improvement, safety programs and process efficiencies has resulted in measurable results that have significant positive impact on both the team member and the bottom line. She is skilled in a number of targeted capacities, such as strategy deployment, value stream thinking and mapping, change management and problem solving.
Lisa joined Schenck in 2017 and is a member of the firm’s Operations Consulting team, guiding clients on how to optimize their operational effectiveness. Prior to joining the firm, Lisa served as a continuous improvement consultant for a community health system and held continuous improvement positions of increasing responsibility for a leading global manufacturer of health care and hygiene products.
