We do NOT call attendees to book accommodation.We have been made aware of organizations approaching our guests promising lower priced accommodation. Some claim to be official representatives of ourselves or the venue. However, they are NOT working with us and we recommend you to NOT do business with them. If you are approached by anyone attempting to book hotel rooms please inform Amy at amy@cuanm.org.   

Cancellation, Substitution and Refund Policy 

You may substitute participants for eithe virtual registration or in-person registration without charge at any time; just notify us by emailing Amy Vigil at amy@cuanm.org 

You may cancel your in-person registration or virtual registration and receive a full refund of the associated registration fee provided that your cancellation notice is emailed to Amy Vigil at amy@cuanm.org by midnight of Friday, August 31, 2021.  

You may cancel your in-person registration and receive a refund of 50% of original registration plus one virtual pass provided that your cancellation notice is emailed to Amy Vigil at amy@cuanm.org by midnight of Thursday, September 30, 2021. No Virtual registrations will be refunded. 

No in-person registration refunds will be given for cancellations after Friday, October 1, 2021. However we will offer one virtual pass per registration.  If you have any questions regarding this policy please email or call Amy at 505-338-4226.

Harassment-free Conference Experience
The National Credit Union Call Center Conference is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form.

Conference participants violating this policy may be asked to leave the conference at the discretion of the conference organizers.
