We have been made aware of organizations approaching our guests promising lower priced accommodation. Some claim to be official representatives of ourselves or the venue. However, they are NOT working with us and we recommend you do NOT do business with them. Non-attendee Sponsor - $750

Can't attend the conference? You can still make your mark at NCUCCC2018! We offer a non-attendance sponsorship package competitively priced for $750.  It's perfect for any company that wants to reach NCUCCC 2019 attendees but can't attend the conference.  Non-attendee sponsorship includes:

  • Company logo in conference marketing material
  • Company logo, name, description and link on website
  • Option to insert one piece of literature or promo item in attendee bag
  • Electronic list of conference attendees

Early Registration and Welcome Reception

4:30 to 6:30 pm

Join us for a perfect first meet and greet with this year's attendees.  Relax, meet new friends and share the new products and services you, as exhibitors, have brought with the credit union call centers in mind.

Cancellation, Substitution and Refund Policy 

You may substitute representatives without charge at any time; just notify us by emailing Paula Lyden at paula@cuanm.org 

You may cancel your exhibitor registration and receive a refund less a $250 processing fee provided that your cancellation notice is emailed to Paula Lyden at paula@cuanm.org by midnight of  Friday, August 30, 2019. 

You may cancel your registration and receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee provided that your cancellation notice is emailed to Paula Lyden at paula@cuanm.org by midnight of  Friday, September 20, 2019. 

No refunds will be given for cancellations after  Friday, September 20, 2019. If you have any questions regarding this policy please email or call Paula at 505-338-4226.
