We have been made aware of organizations approaching our guests promising lower priced accommodation. Some claim to be official representatives of ourselves or the venue. However, they are NOT working with us and we recommend you do NOT do business with them. Thank you for your interest in participating as an exhibitor at the 2018 National Credit Union Call Center Conference.

Maximize your NCUCCC 2018 presence with one of these opportunities:

Conference Underwriter - $10,000

  • Registration and meals for two representatives working the conference (your speaker is not considered a representative) additional meal tickets available for $375.00 per person
  • Premier 8x10 exhibitor space in main meeting room
  • Top billing in all marketing collateral
  • Top name recognition as a sponsor on the 2018 National Credit Union Call Center Conference website with logo and link to your website
  • Full-page color ad in participant booklet
  • Company recognition/signage during your sponsored event
  • Forty five minute session for an education and call center-specific presentation (not an infomercial)
  • 15 minute demo time (or you can increase your 45 minute session time to an hour)
  • Option to place your own brochure, business cards and giveaways in participant goody bag
  • List of attendees in electronic format prior to the conference
  • Underwriter recognition during the conference
  • Top recognition as a sponsor for the Tuesday evening event

Breakfast Sponsorship - $5,000

  • Registration and meals for two representatives working the conference (additional representative meal tickets available for $375 per person)
  • Preferred 8x10 exhibitor space in main meeting room
  • Name and company logo in all 2018 National Credit Union Call Center Conference marketing materials
  • Company recognition/signage during your sponsored event
  • 15 minute demo time during sponsored meal
  • Option to place your own brochures and/or  giveaways in participant goody bag

Conference Exhibitor - $1,500 

  • Registration and meals for one representatives working the conference (additional representative meal tickets available for $375 per person) Booth placements are on a first come, first served basis
  • 8x10 exhibitor space during event
  • Name and company logo in all 2018 National Credit Union Call Center Conference participant booklet
  • Logo and link to your website from the 2018 National Credit Union Call Center website
  • List of attendees in electronic format prior to the conference
  • Exhibitor recognition during event

Ad space available for an additional cost:    
$250 for a half page full color ad
$500 for a full page full color ad

Non-attendee Sponsor - $750

Can't attend the conference? You can still make your mark at NCUCCC2018! We offer a non-attendance sponsorship package competitively priced for $750.  It's perfect for any company that wants to reach NCUCCC2018 attendees but can't attend the conference.  Non-attendee sponsorship includes:

  • Company logo in conference marketing material
  • Company logo, name, description and link on website
  • Option to insert one piece of literature or promo item in attendee bag
  • Electronic list of conference attendees
