You've heard of Three Men and a Baby? How about A Hundred Women and an Icky Guy? Say what? A powerful concept from Japan called ikigai (pronounced like icky guy) asks who we are and why we are here. We need to determine our ikigai to be happy and successful.

Please join us for "Run Wild! & Be Brave," an all-day women's event co-hosted by speaker/author Jean Steel, recent KSBY news anchor and life coach Jeanette Trompeter, and trainer and employee engagement specialist Karen Prechtel-Thomsen. PCPA actress Karin Hendricks will be our amazing emcee… and let’s not forget that 99 other successful women will be there to have your back!

 
• Examine your life using the "wellness wheel" to determine where you lack balance, find what brings you happiness and how you can increase it
• Hear how others found the courage to change their minds and the direction of their lives
• Assess your personal "fork in the road" where new adventures and new beginnings happen
• Discover what it means to believe in magic, get "more than enough," and support other women
• Leave the conference with your practical, personal strategic plan, new friends, a book that teaches us how to Run Wild! and sore sides from laughing

 

This is a fun-filled inspiring day with activities and discussion on discovering what is holding you back, how to move forward, and the steps to increase happiness.

A portion of the proceeds will go to support the non-profit Womenade.
