The Alabama Society of Health-System Pharmacists will hold the 2014 Summer Meeting & Exhibit Show from Sunday, June 22nd to Tuesday, June 24th, 2013 at the Pensacola Beach Hilton, Florida. The Exhibit Show will open for 2 hours on Monday, June 22nd and one hour on Tuesday, June 23rd. Attendees at the meeting will include Directors of Pharmacy, Clinical Pharmacists, Residents, and Pharmacy Students. ALSHP expects over 115 attendees.
Our exhibit booth space is a standard 8' x 8' pipe and drape. Display fees are $950 and payable to the Alabama Society of Health-System Pharmacists (tax id # 63- 0774188). All exhibitors are cited on seminar materials and are recognized by name during the programs. The exhibit fee will not sponsor any part of the accredited program and our exhibit hall will be in a different location from the CE portion of our meeting, in accordance with ACPE guidelines.
This year we will have three sponsorship levels: Gold, Silver and Blue:
Gold Sponsorship:
Gold Sponsorship includes an Exhibit Booth and an Exhibitor's Theater, where the Exhibitor agrees to furnish either a breakfast, lunch, dinner or heavy hors d’oeuvres, as well as speaker travel, accommodations, and honorarium.
Gold Sponsors will receive premium recognition in meeting materials, on representatives’ name badges, and on signage at the Exhibitor’s Theater event.
Silver Sponsorship:
Silver Sponsorship includes an Exhibit Booth and an Ancillary Sponsorship, where the Exhibitor agrees to provide snacks, beverages, desserts, etc. depending on the needs to be met and coordinated with ALSHP (for example: desserts or hors d’oeuvres at a social reception, snacks and beverages during a break).
Silver Sponsors will receive enhanced recognition in meeting materials, on representatives’ name badges, and on signage at the sponsored event.
Blue Sponsorship:
Blue Sponsorship includes an Exhibit Booth at the Exhibit Show. Blue Sponsors will receive recognition in meeting materials and on representatives' name badges.
