Course description:
Veneers have been and continue to be a valuable treatment option to restore esthetics while maintaining function and health for patients.
With improvement in dental laboratory technology, namely computer-aided-design/computer-aided-manufacturing (CAD/CAM), veneer design, material, and fabrication process must be evaluated critically from both clinical and laboratory perspectives.
It is also worthwhile to look at the benefits and limitations of CAD/CAM dentistry today beyond veneer application.
Learning Objectives:
1. Review various preparation designs and materials for veneer treatment.
2. Understand different methods of fabricating veneers—conventional vs digital (CAD/CAM).
3. Look at various clinical situations where CAD/CAM indicated.Registration Fees

Speaker Information:
Chris Choi, DDS
Chris Choi received his Bachelors degree from Tufts University and his MS in Biology from University of Massachusetts Lowell. He received his DMD from Tufts University. He graduated from the University of Maryland prosthodontic residency program and obtained his board certification through the American Board of Prosthodontics in 2017. Dr. Choi is currently a full-time Clinical Assistant Professor at the Department of Advanced Oral Sciences and Therapeutics at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry.
