Booths are assigned in the order applications and payment is received. You will receive an email with a tentative space assignment within 2 weeks of receiving application and payment. In the event we are unable to assign you to one of your requested spaces, we will call to review with you what spaces are available. If we cannot assign you to a space you are happy with- a full refund will be given.

Booth layouts are subject to change. Final booth assignments will be given the 4th week of February.
