5th Annual Spring Spruce-Up
at the Salisbury Zoo

Our goal is to have a great day and to raise awareness that people  with disAbilities are ABLE TO WORK and to encourage all Youth to volunteer their time and talent to our community!

Join people with disAbilities,  Employers, youth and families for a day at the zoo! Teams of volunteers will be "giving back" to our community by sprucing up the zoo in preparation for Earth Day and in honor of Youth Service Day!

THIS YEAR "STASH YOUR TRASH" IS OUR THEME WITH MORE VOLUNTEERS JOINING IN TO BEAUTIFY MANY AREAS OF SALISBURY.

YOUTH SERVICE DAY: Youth with Foundation in Human Potential's Make it Matter Group will be joining us for a second year!

Employer sponsorship available for $500 (no charge for disability-related angencies).

• Six-person employer teams will be matched with youth and/or job-ready volunteers with disablities.
• All registered team members will recieve a T-shirt and lunch.*
• Sponsoring employers will be mentioned in PSAs and press releases in various media formats.
• On-site signage* on the day of the event and through the weekend at the zoo.
