BORN TO RUN 5K 

Born To Run is Blackstone Academy's unique 5K (3.1 mile) Road Race and One Mile Family Fun Run/Walk. Join family and friends on a Sunday morning walking or running alongside the Blackstone River. 5K Route: 

Begin behind Blackstone Academy on Taft Street between Tower and Tidewater Street. Head towards downtown Pawtucket. Continue onto Roosevelt extension and Roosevelt Avenue. Turn right on Exchange Street. Head West on Exchange Street towards Exchange Court( loop around back towards Roosevelt Avenue). Turn right on Roosevelt Avenue and head North on Roosevelt Avenue towards Blackstone Avenue. Head South on Roosevelt Avenue and into Central Falls. Just before Charles Street in Central Falls, loop back, staying on Roosevelt Avenue and continue straight as Roosevelt Avenue blends into Taft Street.  End at start of race behind Blackstone Academy on Taft Street between Tower and Tidewater Street. 

One mile Fun Run/Walk begins in the same location and goes for 1/2 mile down and 1/2 mile back.
