College of Education Homecoming 2020 Virtual Seminar; Connecting with Compassion during COVID-19

The pandemic has brought about a great deal of hardship which has contributed to large scale stress, anxiety, and reactivity. In this time of crisis, we need to come together and support each other. To do that we need to calm ourselves and connect with our heart again and again.

In this presentation, Dr. Tim Pedigo, veteran therapist and Professor of Psychology at GSU will discuss and lead a compassion practice that can help to calm our reactive minds and reconnect with each other.
