Please ship materials to arrive by THURSDAY AFTERNOON, October 27, 2016. Materials arriving before October 25, 2016, will occur additional storage charges.

If you would like to have your materials shipped back to you after the Conference, please prepare the materials for shipment immediately:
A) After Exhibitor hours end at 6:00pm Saturday, for all Exhibitors, or
B) After the Residency Fair Saturday evening, October 29th for all Residency Fair Programs
NOTE: ALL EXHIBITORS AND RESIDENCY FAIR PARTICIPANTS MUST CALL OR E-MAIL THEIR SHIPPER TO ARRANGE FOR PICK-UP ON MONDAY, OCTOBER 31, 2016. THE HOTEL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ARRANGING PICK-UP. THEY WILL STORE BOXES ONLY AND TAKE THEM TO THEIR SHIPPING AREA FOR PICK-UP ON MONDAY.
