Overview: It has been said that the next generation of “block buster drugs” are methods to improve the health of the population that involve lifestyle modification. The cutting edge involves efforts to improve the day to day activity/exercise levels and improve healthy eating for patients and communities.
Can we develop programs that help people become more active? Do we have a firm understanding of the science related to activity levels and physical fitness? Do we have the skills to teach/coach patients about exercise methods?
This program will address each of the above areas and more.
