CA Documentary Project Workshop - San Francisco

Register here for a free informational grant workshop on how to apply to Cal Humanities’ CA Documentary Project (CDP) grant program at the Ninth Street Independent Film Center on August 21. The workshop will be in the center's Screening Room. Be sure to review the CDP grant guidelines in advance and bring your questions to the workshop.

CDP is a competitive grant program of Cal Humanities. CDP supports the research and development, production, and public engagement stages of film, radio, and new media projects that document the California experience and explore issues of significance to Californians. Eligible projects may apply for film or radio production funding up to $50,000, new media production funding up to $20,000, or research and development funding up to $10,000.
