Fundamentals of Meditation - Balance, Intuition and Stress Relief - Part I & II (6-8pm both days)

Two Class sessions, held in the brand new Oneonta Institute for Spiritual Development's  Lotus Center, on two Thursdays (after work) from 6-8pm on both days,  August 31st and September 7th, will focus on techniques that make it easier to get to the meditative state, reviewing scientific benefits, meeting your spirit guides, tips to enhance your home practice, and developing your intuitive nature, in a safe and protected environment. Diana will give psychic readings to class participants as time permits.
