Fundamentals of Meditation - Balance, Intuition and Stress Relief - Part I & II (12 noon-2:30 both days)

Two Class sessions, held in the brand new Oneonta Institute for Spiritual Development's  Lotus Center, after the Sunday Service from 12 noon - 2:30 pm on both Sundays, March 19th and April 2nd,  will focus on techniques that make it easier to get to the meditative state, reviewing scientific benefits, meeting your spirit guides, tips to enhance your home practice, and developing your intuitive nature, in a safe and protected environment. Diana will give psychic readings to class participants as time permits.
