Scalia Law's new Distinguished Adjunct Professor, E. Donald Elliott, has worked on environmental law at the highest levels: EPA General Counsel, Yale Law Professor, and Covington & Burling Partner. Now a Scalia Law faculty member, Prof. Elliott will give a lunch talk for students comparing academia, government service, and private practice.
