DANCE REGISTRATION

$10 per person

Persons with Down syndrome receive FREE
entry, lunch and a T-shirt, but must pre-register to ensure availability and proper size.

The Arkansas Down Syndrome Association invites you to join us
for a day of music, dancing and fun activities as we hit the dance floor
and “Get Down for Down Syndrome!”

Come see Elvis and other special guests as we rock the day away with tunes from a live DJ, games and activity tables, information booths to stay connected, free portraits by local photographers, hamburgers and all the trimmings, and much more!

Register Now! Everyone attending must register.

To be pre-registered, registration forms must be completed and payment received by Monday, February 8th.  At-the-door registrations will also be accepted, however, the entry fee will increase to $12.00 and the availability of lunches and t-shirts will no longer be guaranteed.

Additional t-shirts may also be pre-ordered for $10 each for non-ADSA members or only $5 for ADSA members
