Dear Disability:IN Corporate Partners,

We are please to announce the December 2018 Disability:IN Webinar.  We hope you will jon us!

Webinar Description:

Disability:In Corporate Partners are committed to fully incorporating disability in their diversity and inclusion (D&I) initiatives whether or not they have federal self-identification requirements. D&I & HR professionals understand that employees who are comfortable bringing their whole selves to work are more willing to self-identify, value the company they work for and have higher productivity. Affinity groups are a highly effective internal resource that D&I & HR should leverage to raise the level of employees with disabilities to self-disclose and self-identify. During this session you will hear from ERG/BRG leaders approaches to self-id and self-disclosure that were highly effective and those that were not.

Learning Objectives:

  • To understand the critical difference between Self-Identification and Self-Disclosure
  • Why traditional self-identification approaches have limited success
  • Programs and Initiatives led by or partnered with ERGs/BRGs that achieved success

Reminder:  Disability:IN Webinars are a benefit available only to Disability:IN corporate partners. We encourage invitations to be forwarded to internal colleagues, however colleagues from other businesses must reach out to Disability:IN at info@disabilityin.org to request access.
