Security Solutions:
To Preserve and Protect

Many collecting institutions fail to recognize the vulnerability of their collections to loss until it is too late. Theft plagues large and small organizations nationwide. Any organization seeking to provide the best possible security for its collections must put in place coordinated policies that address threats for long term sustainable access to the public. With careful planning, awareness of warning signs, and proactive security solutions, organizations can reduce the window of opportunity for theft of historical collections.
