October Meeting

Due to the Freeport Memorial Library closing on October 10th for the Columbus Day holiday, please note that the October Freeport Networking Group meeting will be held on the THIRD Monday of the month, October 17th. Please give your best effort to invite two guests to join us for the meeting on October 17th.  Our featured October 17th presenter for the Freeport Networking Group will be Ori Chimino, President of Distinctive Home Inspection Service, Inc. Ori Chimino is a New York State Licensed Home Inspector, as well as an Inter-NACHI Certified Home Inspector.  He is a member of ASHI & MAHI which are home inspector associations, and also an affiliate member of LIBOR. Ori specializes in inspecting single family residential homes, and multiple dwelling (1-4) family units.  He serves Queens, Nassau & Suffolk Counties, with a focus on Nassau County.  His passion is guiding and educating both the buyer and the seller of residential homes.  Ori prides himself on assisting the home seller in identifying what sort of repairs may be needed, as well as providing tips to improve the showing of the home and property, to best bring the house to market and maximize the property's resale value.
