ACBSP™ 2017 Annual Certification Maintenance Registration and Payment 

ACBSP™ has revised the policy that governs annual certification maintenance requirements and associated processes.  This form is required to be completed by all active certificants online on an annual basis.  The ACBSP annual certification maintenance fee must be paid no later than June 30th.  Failure to pay prior to the deadline will result in the certification becoming inactive.  All inactive certificants are required to pay a $50 reactivation fee during the reactivation process.

All certificants selecting the Full Time Faculty status must submit proof of full time faculty status to the ACBSP National Office at info@acbsp.com or fax: 844-327-2255.  A letter from the department chair or dean stating full time faculty status for the current calendar year is required. This letter is required on an annual basis and should be submitted to the National Office at the time of completing this form or shortly thereafter.

Please complete the required registration form and make payment for 2017. Read the revised policy and terms before you attest to your agreement on the registration form. Be prepared to supply an email address on the registration form that is unique to you and not shared with any other ACBSP certificant. The email address you provide will be used for communication of information regarding your certification and will be the address where you will receive your digital voting ballot for the board of directors election in June.
