Sponsorship Levels

$2500 Platinum Elite-Exclusive Lecture Notes Sponsor (SOLD OUT)
Sponsors receive:

  • Your logo/advertisement included on ACBSP website page that will contain all symposium lecture notes to be accessed by symposium attendees.  Your ad should be high-resolution web ready artwork 448x93px in size and submitted in JPEG, GIF or PNG file format. If you should purchase both of the available Platinum Elite sponsorships your ad may be 928x93px in size. You must submit your ad to the ACBSP prior to March 15, 2015. The ACBSP reserves the right to deny ad content at its sole discretion. Lecture notes will be available to attendees for at least 90 days following the symposium.
  • Sponsorship will be presented with a link to your website in symposium promotional email blasts prior to symposium. You must provide the URL for your website to ACBSP prior to March 15, 2015.
  • Exclusivity - Limited to two sponsors.
  • Two complimentary conference registrations  including awards luncheon tickets.
  • Recognition of your company's sponsorship in onsite materials and signage.
  • One complimentary booth exhibit within the exhibit hall and choice of booth location per availability. Booth location choice is offered in the order complete registration package and fees are received.

$2000 Gold Level-Awards Luncheon Host (SOLD OUT)

  • A chance to welcome the attendees on behalf of your company at the Saturday awards luncheon.  Five minute maximum presentation.
  • Two complimentary conference registrations including awards luncheon tickets.
  • Limited to two sponsoring companies for the Saturday awards luncheon.
  • Recognition of your company's sponsorship in onsite materials and signage.
  • One complimentary booth exhibit within the exhibit hall and choice of booth location per availability. Booth location choice is offered in the order complete registration package and fees are received.
  • One half-page advertisement  will be provided to attendees in their registration packet (must be submitted by your company by March 15, 2015).

$1500 Silver level- Continental Breakfast host (ONLY 1 LEFT)

  • One complimentary conference registration including awards luncheon ticket.
  • Exclusivity--only two sponsors  will be accepted per breakfast (available Saturday and Sunday mornings).
  • Recognition of your company's sponsorship in onsite materials and signage (logo must be submitted by your company prior to March 15, 2015).

$1000 Bronze Level-Break host

  • One complimentary conference registration.
  • Recognition of your company's sponsorship in onsite materials and signage (must be submitted by your company by March 15, 2015).

Exhibitor Booth Information

Exhibitor booths availalbe for purchase without a sponsorship package are all SOLD OUT.

  • All booths $700. Additional $100 late fee for registrations received after March 1, 2015.
  • You must exhibit within your allotted space.  If more room is needed then an additional charge will be incurred for an additional booth.  Also included in the exhibit booth purchase is one complimentary conference registration and recognition of your company's sponsorship in onsite signage.
  • The online registration form will ask you to select your first and second choice of exhibition area. Booth location will be assigned in the order that sponsor or vendor registrations, including payment, are received. Please read the information below and review the hotel map and floor plans linked below to determine your first and second choice of location. We will do our best to meet your needs; however, space in each area is limited.

The ACBSP is taking over the entire Wyndham Anaheim Garden Grove hotel during the days of our symposium. We will have three exhibitor areas in the hotel.

See the hotel map of the Santa Rosa pre-function area, the Catalina pre-function area, and the Santa Rosa Patio that will serve as this year's exhibitors' venues.

  1. The Catalina pre-function area is located near the hotel lobby and the Catalina ballroom. The Catalina pre-function area will be the location of the symposium registration desk and the Catalina ballroom will be the location of the SCU Student Reception Friday evening, the Award Luncheon on Saturday, and two presentations on Sunday. The floor plan for the Catalina pre-function area shows it will accommodate six (6) 10'x10' booths - (SOLD OUT).
  2. The Santa Rosa pre-function area is located directly outside of the lecture hall where the presentations will occur Friday afternoon through Sunday morning. The floor plan for the Santa Rosa pre-function area shows that it can accommodate ten (10) 10' wide x5' deep booths - (SOLD OUT).
  3. The Santa Rosa Patio is located directly outside of the Santa Rosa pre-function area. The floor plan for the patio shows that it can accommodate twelve (12) 10'x10' booths. - (SOLD OUT)

The online registration form will ask that you attest to your reading, understanding, and agreeing to the following terms. Please read this information carefully before completing the registration form.

THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS AFTER MARCH 31, 2014

SUBLEASING AND SHARING OF EXHIBIT SPACE IS NOT PERMITTED AND EXHIBITORS SHOULD CONFINE THEIR EXHIBIT ACTIVITIES TO THE SPACE FOR WHICH THEY HAVE CONTRACTED.

EXHIBITS MUST CONFORM TO THE FIRE, SAFETY AND HEALTH REGULATIONS OF THE CITY IN WHICH THIS CONFERENCE IS HELD, AND ALL MATERIALS USED IN THE EXHIBIT HALL, INCLUDING DECORATIONS/CONSTRUCTIONS MUST BE FLAME PROOF.

THE ACBSP WILL NOT ASSUME LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE, LOSS, OR INJURY TO AN EXHIBIT, EXHIBITOR OR REPRESENTATIVE CAUSED BY FIRE, THEFT, UTILITY MALFUNCTION AND ACCIDENT OR LABOR DISPUTE. AN EXHIBITOR IS LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE HIS EXHIBIT OR PERSONNEL CAUSES TO THE PROPERTY.

A LATE FEE OF $100 WILL BE CHARGED AFTER THE DEADLINE OF MARCH 1, 2015.
