2021-22 Guest Teacher/Substitute Program Renewal

Thank you for your service as a substitute for the Guest Teacher/Substitute Program in IU13 and/or the school districts of Lancaster and Lebanon counties.  You play an integral part in the daily success of the educational process and we value your commitment and diligent efforts.

We invite you to continue as a substitute for the 2021-22 school year.  All items within the electronic renewal process are required to be completed by August 15, 2021 in order to ensure timely processing of your renewal decision with IU13 and/or school districts.

If you wish to discontinue in the substitute program or substitute ONLY for STS, please select REMOVE FROM SUBSTITUTE PROGRAM below and you will be removed.

Select the type of substitute you choose to be from the list below and follow the instructions provided on each screen.

• Guest Teacher (Emergency Certified) Substitute - obtain an emergency permit to substitute as a Teacher in IU13 and school districts selected on your preference form (fee is requried)
• IU13 Support Substitute - substitute in an IU13 classroom as a paraeducator, personal care assistant 1:1, or health care assistant (fee is not required)
• IU13 PA Certified Special Education Teacher - substitute as a Teacher in an IU13 classroom if you hold a valid PA teaching certificate in Special Education (fee is not required)

NOTE:  Any renewal paperwork and fees received after August 15, 2021, will require substitute to provide updated paperwork, including clearances, physical, and TB test in order to renew.
