Support Substitute Renewal

Thank you for your service as a substitute for IU13 in Lancaster and/or Lebanon counties. 

As a support substitute for IU13, you have the ability to select the type of position you would like to substitue.

• Paraeducator
• Personal Care Assistant 1:1
• Health Care Assistant (requires LPN)

Support Substitutes are not required to pay a fee to renew each year.  As you move forward with the renewal preference form you are going to notice a $20 fee attached to the form.  By simplying entering: SUPPORT in the promo code, the fee will be waived.  If you fail to enter the promo code, you will not be able to proceed with the process.

NOTE:  Any renewal paperwork received after August 15, 2016, will require substitutes to provide updated paperwork, including clearances, physical, TB test in order to continue in the guest teacher/substitute program.

REQUIREMENTS TO RENEW AS A SUPPORT SUBSTITUE IN THE GUEST TEACHER/ SUBSTITUTE PROGRAM:

If you no longer wish to substitute, select REMOVE FROM SUBSTITUTE PROGRAM below.
