Thank you for your service as a substitute for Guest Teacher/Substitute Program in IU13 and/or the school districts of Lancaster and Lebanon counties!
Your day-to-day substitute emergency permit is valid for one year, and will expire on July 31, 2016. Your emergency permit must be renewed if you wish to continue as a substitute. Please read these instructions carefully and complete the required items in their entirety. IU13 will process the renewal of emergency permits in the order renewal items are received until August 15, 2016. Completing your renewal paperwork prior to July 20th should allow ample time for your permit to be processed by the beginning of the school year.
NOTE: Any renewal paperwork received after August 1, 2016, will require substitutes to provide updated paperwork, including clearances, physical, TB test in order to renew the emergency permit.
