2016-17 Guest Teacher/Substitute Program Renewal

Thank you for your service as a substitute for Guest Teacher/Substitute Program in IU13 and/or the school districts of Lancaster and Lebanon counties!  In an effort to reduce our footprint in the world, the renewal process will be conducted electronically.  You will not be receiving a packet of information as in years past. 

If you wish to continue as a substitute for the 2016-17 school year, you are required to complete all items within the electronic renewal process.  Failure to complete all said requirements will result in a delay of processing your 2016-17 substitute renewal with IU13 and/or school districts you wish to be a substitute.

If you wish to discontinue in the substitute program, please select REMOVE FROM SUBSTITUTE PROGRAM below and you will be removed.

Select the type of substitute you choose to be from the list below and follow the instructions provided on each screen.

• Emergency Certified Substitute Teacher - allows you to substitute in IU13 and school districts you select on your preference form (fee is required)
• Support Substitute - allows you to substitute in an IU13 classroom as a paraeducator, personal care assistant 1:1, or health care assistant (fee is not required)
• PA Certified Special Education Teacher - allows you to substitute as a Teacher in an IU13 classroom if you hold a teaching certificate in Special Education from the PA Department of Education (fee is not required)

NOTE:  Any renewal paperwork and fees (if necessary) received after August 15, 2016, will require substitutes to provide updated paperwork, including clearances, physical, TB test in order to renew.
