2015 Parents Expo

The 2015 Parents Expo is proudly presented by Dayton ISD, in partnership with the Dayton Chamber of Commerce. Oral screenings and limited vaccinations will be offered (4:30 PM). Parents are invited to attend the Dayton ISD presentation @ 6 PM and meet with vendors.Parents this is your opportunity to get the most up to date information for the 2015-2016 school year. Free school supplies will be handed out (while supplies last).

Please bring your childs shot record and insurance card with you. If you do not have insurance the vaccinations will cost $20 1st shot, $25 2nd shot, and $30 for 3 or more shots. Please fill out the requested forms for the vaccinations and for the free oral screening offered by All star Kids Family Dental. These forms are available on the Dayton ISD website, our website, and at The Dayton Chamber of Commerce office.
