Principles of Commercial Applicators 

This refresher course for experienced applicators reviews crop protection updates, crop staging, factors affecting product performance and new equipment technology.

Recertification credits have been approved by the TX Department of Agriculture for 4.5 in General, 1.5 in Laws & Regulations, and 1 in Drift Minimization. The OK DOA has also approved this course for 6 credits in 1a, 10.

Principles of Commercial Applicators a one-day training course. Session starts at 8:00 AM with check-in beginning at 7:30 AM.

Agenda topics include: Are you a professional?, understanding pesicide labels, advanced weed identification, factors affecting performance of post-applied, crop staging, spray table, applicator math, sprayer cleaning and tank contamination, pesticides and the environment, record keeping

Course Cost:  $295 – includes continental breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack as well as course materials. Attendees are on their own for hotel accommodations if needed.
