Bone and Breath
Re-creating our Origin myths
Dear Sisters, the circle has opened… Take our hands and join our circle of women dedicated to the journey of wild abandon and holy ecstasy~
“Songlines are sung pathways through the landscape. Singing these sets of ordered locations enables Aboriginal people to navigate through forest, deserts and open plains. They are able to teach other these singing tracks and hence, collectively, navigate the entire continent.” Dr. Lynne Kelly from The Memory Code
Join Laura Martin-Eagle in this study of reshaping our personal origin myths through the dancing pathways ~ we will enter the sacred gateways of the 5Rhythms to discover our own truths stored in the body’s cosmic memories. Stillness will be our guide, breath will be path. Discover your ancestral dancelines.
I look forward to being with you again in all your vulnerablility and authenticity.~Laura
We will meet the first Sunday of the month for this 5 month course. Please note that October class will be held on the 2nd Sunday, October 14. We will rest in the container of the 5Rhythms~flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness as we remember/recreate/redream our ancestral landscapes. In addition we will have one extended class on the last Sunday which will include our movement practice, our sacred dancelines and dinner~
