Aditi Laura Martin-Eagle is a Wise Earth Ayurveda Master Teacher who has been carefully trained by Maya Tiwari in Wise Earth Ayurveda sadhana education. In 2013, she was awarded the prestigious title of Sadhaka-Adept by the Wise Earth School. She has been teaching Wise Earth Ayurveda classes since 2002. Laura is the director of Moon Jewel Ayurveda Center and Be Moved Studio in Lawrence, Kansas.

Living Ahimsa Meditation is a profound practice for witnessing consciousness. In this practice we cultivate awareness, strengthen inner harmony, and discover that everything is God. Based on the most ancient form of meditation called Japa (a Sanskrit word that infers putting an end to the cycles of birth), this potent practice helps us to attain a deep state of serenity and peacefulness, whilst reconciling our karmas and dissolving those we have outgrown. Living Ahimsa Meditation is an effective means of cultivating a state of absolute awareness.
In Living Ahimsa Meditation mantras are recited to evoke our sonic energies and awaken buddhi, higher mind. This meditation brings the mind to a pivotal point within the buddhi where you can effortlessly take pause, and enter the silence. Wise Earth Healing Passes is a unique methodology of yoga presented in micro movement with Vedic primordial sound, developed by Maya Tiwari. In this program, Wise Earth School restores and introduces yet another ancient Vedic storehouse of knowledge that has been lost to the education and practice of Yoga in India and elsewhere since around the end of the 10th century, A.D. Wise Earth’ Healing Passes present the complete practice of yoga wherein body form ensures through is prana movement evoking memory and intuition to flow with universal harmony of awareness.
Many forms of Yoga in practice today are largely concerned with posture and breath. But the Rishis understood yoga as a profound means of awakening consciousness; not only in the formation of the asanas, but also in the collection of stillness within mind, senses and body. They set out the sublime art of Yoga as a sacred practice to harmonize the cosmic rhythms with breath, breath with movement, movement with primordial sounds so that we may strengthen primeval memory, the collective consciousness that fosters awareness. They understood that prana is connected to cosmic memory and that this life force – when cultivated to flow in harmony with lunar and solar, seasonal and daily rhythms – awakens consciousness. In other words, Wise Earth Healing Passes restore the original intention behind Yoga. This practice unites posture with breath, breath with memory, memory with thought, and thought with consciousness.
The goal of the Wise Earth Healing Passes is to integrate posture, breath and the intuitive mind. Wise Earth Healing Passes emulate and coordinate each of the five vital pranas in the body with a particular lunar phase. These Passes focus on Mother’s philosophy of the three distinct aspects of yoga: the cosmic memory and lunar rhythms each posture evokes, the vital breath (prana) each posture stimulates and the physical posture itself. Wise Earth Healing Passes also focus on replenishing both the feminine and masculine primordial energies, to balance inner rhythms and to restore abundant health and longevity.
Having successfully completed Level I studies (including the one year home practice portion of this course), you will receive Wise Earth School Credit Point Certificate that qualifies you to share these teachings.
