MINI MASTERS' CAMPS  Ages 3 to 5 

Morning Camp   
Mini Matisse    9am until 12noon         

Our Young participants will create one-of-a-kind pieces based on great works of art, all while having an awesome time! Mediums explored will include clay, watercolor, paint, pastels, as well as a wide variety of multimedia elements.

Ages: 3 to 5 (must be potty trained)    
Cost:  $85 for emerge members, $125 for emerge non-members

EMERGING ARTIST CAMPS   Ages 6 to 10

Morning Camp
Discovering Textiles: Cut, Dye, Alter   9am until 12noon

Silk painting is a very unique craft. The ink used soaks into the silk, providing ample opportunities to try different techniques and patterns. Students will also explore various fabric activities including sewing, fabric sollages and more. Campers walk away having learned something valuable, and have a beautiful piece of art to show for it.

Ages: 6 to 10

Afternoon Camp
Mud Camp    1pm until 4pm 

Does your child love pottery? Let your kids get their hands dirty this week as we dive into the clay medium! Don't worry, it washes out. Learn how to throw on the potter's wheel and construct clay sculptures while learning techniques such as coiling, slab, glazing, and molding. We will no doubt have a messy good time!

Ages: 6 to 10

All Day Camp
Emerging Artists' Camp 
9am until 4pm 

Sign up your child for both the morning camp, “Discovering Textiles” and the afternoon camp “Mud Camp,” with this all day option. Lunch bunch is included in all day camp packages. Please be sure to pack a bagged lunch for your child.

Ages: 6 to 10

ADVANCED ART CAMPS FOR YOUTH   Ages 11 & Up

Morning Camp
Picture Perfect: An Introduction to Photography   9am until 12noon

This into level camp teaches the basic of black and white photography and digital photography. Techniques including composition, exposure, film processing and dark room techniques. Digital photography techniques including Adobe Photoshop will be covered as well. No special equipment is required. If students wish to bring their own camera (any point and shot is fine), this is fine. Emerge also have point and shoot cameras avaliable for use.
