Costa Rican Yoga Retreat with Jennifer Elliott

Join me for a rejuvenating retreat at the Anamaya Resort in Montezuma, Costa Rica. This pristine location will allow us to focus our practice in an idyllic setting. "Anamaya Resort is an exotic boutique hotel situated on a cliff edge overlooking the most incredible ocean views.  The resort is steps away from epic waterfalls, surrounded by rainforests, and located in one of the world's most beautiful tropical beach towns. Anamaya is Sanskrit for 'good health' and that is our focus..." Begin each day with a strong vinyasa flow and end it with an optional Yin practice. During your down time enjoy a hike to the  Montezuma waterfalls, take an excursion to the beach, get a massage or relax in the infinity pool. For those interested we will organize zip line tours or other outings. The trip will include three organic meals a day, as well as one lunch and dinner at a local restaurant so we can experience the Costa Rican  fare.
