Vendor Opportunity! October 23!

Epically Scary Eve, presented by Epically Geeky Expo 

We know our fans are missing walking vendor halls to check out geeky goods, so we will be hosting an Epically Geeky SERIES of events in 2021/2022. Help us make our first event this year successful by bringing your geeky items and art for our fans!

HURRY, ONLY TEN VENDORS WILL BE ACCEPTED!!!

For safety purposes, all vendors will be located OUTSIDE. We will have an indoor backup plan if there is signficant inclement weather. One table and two chairs will be provided, but vendors should bring their own canopy for the event.

Vendors must sell or promote items/programs that fall into one of the following categories: geeky (this includes but is not limited to sci-fi, fantasy, tv shows, movies, comic books, graphic novels, books, tabletop/board/RPG/video games, fandoms, anime and cosplay), STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics), or maker (handmade or 3-D printed items).

Sorry, no food vendors will be accepted.  

Vendors and artists will be featured on EGX Facebook and Instagram pages at least once per week and the event landing page on our EGX site will also include vendor listing, image, description and a link to purchase. We will also gladly repost videos or photos that you share to our pages to promote your geeky works!.
