CTC Geekfest 2017 - Vendor Booth Registration 

Celebrate ALL THINGS GEEK! Our fan-driven event features activities for kids and adults. Vendor Hall & Artist Alley will be in the Anderson Campus Center (ACC), food trucks will be in the parking lot beside ACC, LARP groups will be in the fields between the ACC & the Planetarium, and costume groups/fan clubs will be in the Planetarium.

A variety of sponsor and vendor opportunities are available.

Lucas Level-$3,000 or more

 

  • Double booth space and prominent vendor booth location (vendor booths consist of two 8’ tables and four chairs). Electricity upon request, based on availability.
  • Up to eight 3-day wristbands for entry to Geekfest, eight Vendor Parking Passes, and eight meal tickets on Saturday and Sunday. Additional wristbands can be purchased at a reduced rate of $15 each; additional meals can be purchased from food vendors on site.
  • Two social media mentions/links per month Full page ad in Geekfest program
  • Up to three banners at event (provided by sponsor)
  • Four annual memberships to Mayborn Science Theater
  • Advertising of company logo with Geekfest advertisement preceding all Mayborn Science Theater programs 6 months prior to Geekfest
  • Logo on event t-shirt (to be worn by event staff during the event) if commitment is received by July 14

Jedi Council Level-$2,000

Jedi Knight Level-$500

Jedi Padawan Level (Vendors)-$100-$150

Early Bird Rate: $100 for vendors that sign up Jan 1-Mar 31 2017
Regular Rate: $125 for vendors that sign up April 1-Jun 30 2017, $150 after this date. 
  • Vendor Booth (One 8' table and two chairs). Electricity available for a $10 fee upon request, based on availability. Vendor booths are open Friday, Saturday and Sunday. 
  • Vendor listing/link on website. 
  • Up to two 3-day wristbands for entry to Geekfest, two Vendor Parking Passes, and two meal tickets per meal provided (two meals Saturday, one meal Sunday). Additional wristbands can be purchased at a reduced rate of $15 each; additional meals can be purchased from food vendors on site.

Artist Alley

Artist Alley space is reserved for comic artists, illustrators, inkers and cosplayers only. All crafters and vendors selling other items must submit a Vendor/Sponsor Agreement. NO Retail Stores (selling artworks/items that were not created by the Artist).

Artist Alley Booths cost $75. Print or original drawing donations may no longer be used as payment for booth, but will be accepted as a tax-deductible donation for our Silent Auction to raise additional funds for scholarships. Payment is at the time of registration.

Food Vendor

FOOD VENDOR SPACES ARE LIMITED, AND ALL FOOD VENDORS WILL BE IN AN OUTDOOR LOCATION WITHOUT ELECTRICITY.

 

  • Food vendor spaces are $100.
  • Food vendors must provide menu, food handler’s card or health inspection/certificate, and proof of liability insurance listing CTC as an additional insured (minimum $1 million per occurrence) prior to arrival at event.
  • Food Vendor fee includes up to two 3-day wristbands for entry to Geekfest, two Vendor Parking Passes, and two meal tickets per meal provided in vendor hospitality suite (one meal Saturday, one meal Sunday). Additional wristbands can be purchased at a reduced rate of $15 each; additional meals can be purchased from food vendors on site.

 

Costume/Reenactment Group 

Booths will be available to approved Costume/Reenactment groups free of charge. A maximum of ten 3-day wristbands will be given to each group.
