11am - delicious buffet lunch & golf games for the kids
12pm - exciting program and ceremony
1pm - dessert, coffee and celebration! 

Adults: $30 per adult
First Tee participants: $15
Children 10 & under: $20 per child
Children 2 & under: FREE!

Please note: payment will NOT be accepted at the door. All registrations must be processed online via this form prior to October 17.  No walk-ins. First-come, first-served seating - Doors will open at 11am.
