In most HOAs, properties are held to a community standard, & changes to the external appearance of a property require review & approval by an architectural review committee (ARC) and/or the Board. Topics include rules regarding the operation of ARCs, application approval/denial procedures, & granting variances. Held June & Dec. Refreshments served.
