Community Manager Advanced Training (South Austin): Vendor Contracts

Maintenance of a community and everything in it is dependent on the contracts between the association and its vendors. Liability, responsibility, the bidding process, vendor insurance and many other topics will be discussed. This class will be held each October and April. Light refreshments provided.
