At a certain point of owner occupancy, control of the community transitions from developer to homeowners. To avoid potential pitfalls, this class covers the manager's and association's responsibilities to ensure a smooth transition, financial and facilities audits, reserve studies, board selection, & transition meetings. Held each November & May.
