East Bank Re-Animation Challenge 2019-Vendor/Food Truck Registration 

East Bank Bi-Monthly Music challenges continue with the Re-Animation Challenge. Vendors will have the opportunity to sell local art, gifts, and food items, as well as dress up and participate in the Re-Animation Costume Contest!

Vendor Information

  • Check in/setup time is at 4pm on Saturday, April 27th.     

  • Booth Assignments will be on a first come first served basis.

  • Event starts at 5pm and will end at 10 pm (take down will begin at 10pm)

  • $30 Booth Fee 

  • Booth space is 10 x 10 ft 

  • If you would like to set up a tent/table you may bring your own (BAC will not provide these items)

  • Vendors must provide your own method of taking payments (BAC will not have change on hand for cash payments.)

  • Electronic payments: If you need assistance with setting up a form of accepting credit card payments through Square or PayPal you must contact the BAC prior to the event and schedule a time to come in and we will be happy to help you with this.

  • There will be no refunds on booth spaces. 

  • Sales Tax for Bossier is 9.45% You will be responisble for collecting all sales taxes.

  • All Vendors are responsible for filing sales tax information with the city/state.

Costume Rules

  • All who wish to come in costume must keep their attire in a PG spectrum. There may be families or young children at this event.
  • All weapon props must be toys or non-active props. No real weapons will be permitted in the East Bank District & Plaza.
  • No drones, balloons, or other airborne objects are allowed in the East Bank District & Plaza unless otherwise authorized.
  • All toy weapons must be non-functional. There cannot be any potential for harm or breaching of safety to the event or anyone involved. If the weapon is a gun-type object, the tip must be clearly orange and not loaded.
  • No flames, pyro, or smoke related materials or objects will be allowed in the East Bank District & Plaza.
  • Attendees must ask before photographing anyone in costume.
  • Footwear must be worn at all times.
  • No liquor allowed in the East Bank District & Plaza unless provided by a food truck, vendor, or East Bank Business. Any liquor provided must be in a to-go cup labeled by that business.
  • If you plan to dress as military, law enforcement, or any other form of authority, make sure you are obviously in costume as not to confuse any hired officers or attending authorities.
  • All attendees and participants must be respectful of each other. No harassment, hate speech, or any other form of misconduct will be tolerated.
  • No hate symbols of any form allowed.
  • If any rules are broken, you will be asked to leave the event. All rules are subject to change at any time.
  • The winners of the costume challenge, music challenge, and any vendors involved in the event must comply with our rules and regulations.
  • No family or kin of employed judges can be allowed in the costume contest, as to prevent any conflict of interest.
  • This is a free event provided by a non-profit organization. No bribes or un-authorized payments will be exchanged between staff and participants or attendees.
