2019 NESCE Symposium Vendor Expo 

On Tuesday, October 22nd and Wednesday, October 23, 2019 the New England Society of Clinical Engineering (NESCE) will sponsor the Northeastern Healthcare Technology Symposium at the Sheraton Framingham Hotel & Conference Center 1657 Worcester Rd. Framingham, MA.

The program will include technical and management classes, round table discussions, service seminars, certification review classes, and an exhibit hall with space for more than fifty vendor booths and social events.  The vendor exhibits will run for two days on October 22 and October 23 with set-up available on late Monday evening October 21st. and early Tuesday October 22nd. Vendor expo hours will be announced as the planning committee finalizes the educational tracks. 

Previous Symposium attendees have included Clinical Engineers, Technology Managers, Biomedical Equipment Technicians, Hospital Directors, Administrators and other Healthcare Professionals from all over the Northeast.  

We are again inviting vendors to participate by reserving a booth at this event.  If you joined us last time and can join us again, thank you and welcome back.  If you are thinking about joining us for the first time, we look forward to working with you.

The reservation cost for a booth will be $1,750.  We are also in need of sponsors for registration, coffee breaks, lunches, a Happy Hour - wine/cheese reception in the late afternoon, and Special Event Sponsor. This is a great opportunity to highlight your company and get additional exposure (NOTE: This is a separate registration).

EVENT:                                 Northeastern Healthcare Technology Symposium - 2019

 VENDOR EXHIBITS:          Tuesday, October 22nd and Wednesday, October 23, 2019

 PLACE:                                 Sheraton Framingham Hotel & Conference Center 1657 Worcester Rd. Framingham, MA. 

VENDOR PERKS:           Lunch and inter session breaks will be hosted at round high-top tables in the vicinity of the exhibit hall as space allows to maximize face time opportunities.  Events are structured to allow maximum vendor and attendee interactions.

EXHIBITOR’S FEES          The fee is $1,750 and includes one booth, draped table, two chairs, wastebasket, sign for booth, 2 tickets per day for Tuesday and Wednesday’s lunches (Additional lunches will cost $20/person).  The vendor will need to arrange for electrical power and extension cords directly with the hotel (an Electrical Request Form will be sent with the Vendor Kit once you register and typical cost is $100 - $120).

 PAYMENT FOR SPACE:   Credit card only.

 ACCOMMODATIONS:      A block of rooms at the Sheraton Framingham Hotel & Conference Center has been reserved for a limited time.  When making reservations please mention the NESCE Symposium to receive the special Symposium Room Rates.

INSTALLATION:       Piping and drapes will be set up for booths on Monday  October 21, 2019.  Vendors may have access to the area from 6 pm until Midnight.  The Exhibit Hall will also be open to vendors by 8 am Tuesday, October 22, 2019.

 CHARACTER OF EXHIBITS:    NESCE reserves the right to decline or prohibit any exhibit or part of an exhibit booth activity, which in its opinion is unsuitable.

 GUARD SERVICES:      Area will be locked when it is not occupied.

REMOVAL OF EXHIBITS:    Removal of exhibits may commence at 2:00 pm on Wednesday October 23, 2019 and must be completed by 4:00 pm.

RESPONSIBILITY:     The exhibitor assumes entire responsibility and, hereby, agreesto protect, indemnify, defend, save and hold harmless the New England Society of Clinical Engineering (NESCE) and their agents,against all claims, losses and damages to persons or property, governmental charges, or fines and attorney fees arising out of or caused by Exhibitor’s installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy or use of the exhibition premises or a part, thereof, excluding any suchliability caused by the sole negligence of NESCE and their agents.

  CANCELLATION      Any cancellation of exhibit space prior to October 4, 2019 will result in a 50% refund of exhibitor’s fee.  Any cancellation after October 4, 2019 will result in NO REFUND of exhibitor’s fee.
