Children's Leaders Retreat 2020 Information 

HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS

We will be staying at the Spirit of the Smokies Condo Lodge (all services and sessions are on site) 2385 Parkway, Pigeon Forge, TN 37863 (www.smokieslodge.com)

Please call 800-843-6686 to make your own reservation for Wednesday night check in and check out Saturday morning.  The Group Code is AAG20 (payment for your accommodations is to be paid directly to the hotel). The Spirit of the Smokies has graciously extended the group rate for those that want to come early for some extra vacation time.  Rates are as follows:

                              Sunday thru Thursday - $36.98 per night 

                              Friday and Saturday - $59.43 per night

                                       (These prices include tax)

The lodge's water slide, large game room, heated indoor pool, and heated indoor kiddie pool are free and available to all as well!  The deadline to register for your hotel room is January 8, 2020. 

Again, please make your own hotel reservations.  The registration process does NOT inclulde hotel reservations.

CLR REGISTRATION FEES:

Registration Fee: $90.00 per person (includes the retreat sessions, Friday Dinner and Friday Night Activities).  A $50.00 nonrefundable deposit is due at registration (the balance is due upon arrival.)  For guests who do not register for, or participate in, the CLR conference, (i.e. children, or adults) the cost is $45.00 for the activity package.  Activity Package incudes Tram, Zoo, Lift Ride, Slide (Weather Permitting) Ice Skating, Ice Bumper Cars, Carousel, Mountain Coaster (weather permittig).  ***Tubing is available for an additional $25 per person**  Because of limited availability, if you want to go tubing, we encourage you to sign up on line at obergatlinburg.com to make your own reservation.  Guest fees are non-refundable after (01/08/20). 

WHAT TO BRING:

• Casual clothing (come prepared for cold and snow)
• Swimsuit & Towel (the hotel pool is heated)
• Snacks/desserts to share for our meetings Wednesday night, Thursday morning and Friday
• Board Games, cards, etc.
