In partnership with NM Department of Workforce Solutions and in collaboration with Luna Community College, Quality New Mexico presents “Leadership Tools for Leaders, Managers, and Supervisors” workshop May 6, 2015 8:15am until Noon at Charlie's Spic and Span, 5715 Douglas Ave, Las Vegas, NM.  A special $35 fee includes all workshop materials and refreshments. 

Whatever work we do, we want to do it well and be successful! Using a holistic performance management system and customer focused tools, participants will learn critical elements of the business/organization; distinct roles and responsibilities of positions; avoidable pitfalls; how to drive improved performance and manage workforce behavior.
