Leadership Tools for Leaders, Managers & Supervisors   

In partnership with NM Department of Workforce Solutions and in collaboration with SBDC Farmington, Quality New Mexico presents “Leadership Tools for Leaders, Managers, and Supervisors” workshop March 10, 2015 8:15am until Noon at Henderson Fine Arts Building Room 9008, 5101 College Blvd, Farmington, NM 87402.  A special $45 fee includes all workshop materials and refreshments. 

Whatever work we do, we want to do it well and be successful! Using a holistic performance management system and customer focused tools, participants will learn critical elements of the business/organization; distinct roles and responsibilities of positions; avoidable pitfalls; how to drive improved performance and manage workforce behavior.
