Join us after work on Tuesday, July 16 for wine, beer, snacks and networking as we explore the challenges facing commercial real estate as Generation Z enters the workplace.
Gen Z is starting to enter the workforce in sizable numbers. Generally born between 1996 and 2010, Gen Z includes approximately 64.6 million people, or 20% of the US population. They differ from Millennials in substantive ways. They represent changes to all aspects of corporate real estate through their expectations in the workplace, retail, residential, cultural and lifestyle environments. This course will explore the influencers and resulting characteristics that define this generation along with a framework of principles that comprise a holistic picture on the impact and potential strategies to prepare for this rapidly emerging and influential generation.
HGA is a national multidisciplinary design firm rooted in architecture and engineering. More than 850 people in 11 offices from coast to coast work to make a positive, lasting impact for clients in healthcare, arts and culture, community, corporate, education, government, science and technology, and energy markets.
