Knowing the basics of Opportunity Zone Investments is the first step. The next step is figuring out how to incorporate that knowledge into your business. Not all OZ investments are the same, so we are bringing together the perspectives of a CRE lender and an exchanger. Ron Ricard is Vice President and Regional Account Manager for IPX 1031 in Northern California. He is a Certified Exchange Specialist with the Federation of Exchange Accommodators and an instructor who has taught to over 30,000 investors and real estate agents. He is a frequent contributor to local radio and television shows and a guest lecturer at area colleges.
