Sotiris has big plans for Sacramento!

Join us after work on Tuesday, Sept. 18 as developer Sotiris Kolokotronis gives us his perspective on Sacramento development. He will also talk about his plans for development of Arden Gateway, a 737-unit apartment project near the Arden Fair Mall, and his takeover of the Metropolitan project, a proposed 40-story condo / hotel project in downtown Sacramento.

Kolokotronis is the founder and owner of SKK Developments, a real estate firm specializing in mixed-use, multi-family and land development projects. He began his career in 1985 and since then has been involved as principal in developing more than 7,000 residential home sites, 2,000 single-family homes, 1,500 multi-family units and 300,000 square feet of commercial real estate in Northern California, Colorado, Nevada, and Oregon. Total value is more than $1.7 billion.
