The legalization of recreational marijuana is driving many new opportunities for all aspects of commercial real estate. What is not certain is where, when and how these opportunities are going to manifest themselves. A major provision of the new law specifies that each political jurisdiction can decide if, how and when it will permit activities such as cultivation and sales. At the same time the private sector is racing to secure facilities for this emerging $7 Billion industry in California.
Plan to join us on Tuesday, February 14 as we bring together a panel of brokers, planners, attorneys, contractors, and industry experts who will contribute their insight on cannabis-related issues.
Topics to be addressed include: legal overview, market segments, construction/building requirements, revenue generation, zoning, and brokerage. Representatives from Harborside, Wendel Rosen, Archer Norris, along with brokers active in the market will share their experiences.
With the quality of our panel, you can expect to be updated with the latest in this emerging market.
